The velossa apparel mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by velossa apparel (“velossa apparel”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
By consenting to velossa apparel’s SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of velossa apparel through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).
You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with velossa apparel. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.
We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.
You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to velossa or click the unsubscribe link (where available) in any text message to cancel. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other velossa apparel mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms.

We may change any short code or telephone number we use to operate the Service at any time and will notify you of these changes. You acknowledge that any messages, including any STOP or HELP requests, you send to a short code or telephone number we have changed may not be received and we will not be responsible for honoring requests made in such messages.
The wireless carriers supported by the Service are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You agree to provide us with a valid mobile number. If you get a new mobile number, you will need to sign up for the program with your new number.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that we will not be liable for failed, delayed, or misdirected delivery of any information sent through the Service, any errors in such information, and/or any action you may or may not take in reliance on the information or Service.

Welcome to Velossa Apparel. By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.
1. General Conditions
By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state or jurisdiction, or that you have given consent for any minor dependents to use this site.
Velossa Apparel reserves the right to refuse service to anyone, at any time, for any reason.
2. Product Information & Availability
We make every effort to display our products accurately, including descriptions, pricing, and sizing. However, we do not guarantee that all information is error-free.
All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue products at any time without notice.
3. Pricing & Payment
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice.
Payment must be received in full at the time of purchase. Orders will not be processed or shipped until payment is successfully completed.
Velossa Apparel is not responsible for additional fees charged by your payment provider or financial institution.
4. Final Sale Policy
All purchases are final sale.
Once an order has been placed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, cancellations, or order modifications for any reason.
By completing checkout, you acknowledge and agree to this Final Sale Policy.
5. Shipping Policy
Orders are processed within 1–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Processing times may increase during high-volume periods, product launches, or sales.
Velossa Apparel ships within the United States only.
Delivery times provided by carriers are estimates and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
6. Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Velossa Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your order, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that shipping details are accurate at checkout.
Velossa Apparel is not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.
8. Sizing Responsibility
All products are listed in adult sizing only (not youth).
We do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect sizing. Customers are responsible for reviewing sizing charts and product details prior to placing an order.
9. Chargebacks & Disputes
Filing a chargeback without first contacting Velossa Apparel may result in:

All content on this website, including but not limited to logos, designs, graphics, images, text, and branding, is the property of Velossa Apparel and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.
11. Limitation of Liability
Velossa Apparel shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or website.
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product(s) purchased.
12. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Velossa Apparel from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms of Service or misuse of our products or website.
