Once an order is placed, we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

📦 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Velossa Apparel is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misdelivered once marked as delivered.
Replacements or refunds will not be issued in these cases.

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting our support team may result in:
