📦 Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment is received.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Please note that processing times may increase during product launches, sales, or high-volume periods.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Velossa Apparel currently ships within the United States only.
Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Velossa Apparel is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control.
📮 Lost, Stolen, or Missing Packages
Once an order has been shipped and marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, Velossa Apparel is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
If your tracking information shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, you must file a claim directly with the shipping carrier.
Refunds or replacements will not be issued for packages marked as delivered.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping details are entered correctly at checkout.
Velossa Apparel is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may not be eligible for reshipment or refund.

All products are listed in adult sizing only. Velossa Apparel is not responsible for sizing errors, and returns or exchanges will not be accepted for incorrect sizing.
